8×30 mm hardwood dowels with water-resistant glue connect all carcase parts – no clip system, no plastic connectors. The SoftStoppPro cushioning has been tested in the Nobilia test lab for 60,000 to 80,000 load cycles – far exceeding the DIN standard. That corresponds to decades of daily kitchen use. SoftStoppPro cushions bidirectionally: pulling out is slowed just as gently as pushing in. No impact, no noise – smooth movement in both directions.
