16 mm carcass walls, directly coated with melamine resin on both sides – no foil. The surface remains permanently firm, scratch-resistant in everyday use, and can be completely cleaned with a damp cloth. The 2.8 mm HDF back panel is protective-lacquered on both sides and screwed to the carcass. A structural component, not an inserted panel – and the offset installation prevents moisture build-up behind the cabinets. 1.2 mm PP edge on all front edges: more impact-resistant than paper edges and free from swelling or peeling even after years.
