2.8 mm HDF back panel: protective lacquer on both sides, screwed to the carcase – a structural component, not an inserted panel. Mounted forward for air circulation. 8×30 mm hardwood dowels with water-resistant glue join all carcase parts – no clip system, no plastic connectors. This also applies to side panels with carcase connection. Galvanised metal connecting screws join cabinets into a stable run – cabinet sides are not pre-drilled, each connection is fitted exactly on site.
