16 mm carcass sides, directly coated on both sides with melamine resin – no glued-on foil. Permanently secure, wipe-clean, designed for kitchen environments. 2.8 mm HDF back panel: protective lacquer on both sides, screwed to the carcass – a structural component, not an inserted panel. Mounted set forward for air circulation. 8×30 mm hardwood dowels with water-resistant glue connect all carcass parts – no clip system, no plastic connectors. Applies also to side panels with carcass connection.
