2.8 mm HDF back panel: protective lacquer on both sides, screwed to the carcass – a structural component, not an inserted panel. Mounted set forward for air circulation. 8×30 mm hardwood dowels with water-resistant glue connect all carcass parts – no clip system, no plastic connectors. Also applies to panels with carcass connection. Galvanized metal connector screws join cabinets into a stable run – cabinet sides are not pre-drilled, each connection is fitted precisely on site.
