Even closing, no impact. 16 mm carcase walls, directly coated on both sides with melamine resin – no foil. Permanently firm, wipe-clean, designed for the kitchen environment. HDF back panel 2.8 mm: protective lacquer on both sides, screwed to the carcase – set forward for air circulation behind the furniture.
