16 mm carcase walls, directly coated on both sides with melamine resin – no foil. Permanently firm, wipe-clean, designed for the kitchen environment. 2.8 mm HDF back panel: protective lacquer on both sides, screwed to the carcase – set forward for air circulation behind the furniture. The Nobilia n144 grid system ensures that XL and standard tall units always harmonize with the corresponding system heights of the base unit run.
